Challenge -Winner Winner Congrats Beth Lawver !

YOu need a plan to be successful!

This first challenge is to set your goals. You can't get where you want to go without a plan.

Below is a worksheet that talks about S.M.A.R.T goals, most who have worked on development plans at work may have seen these before.

I had a big goal to run again, but before I could get there and before my mindset shifted, I had to focus on the smaller improvements I was making. Once I started noticing what I was doing and the progress I was making things really started to fall into place for me.

Running wasn't an option when I was struggling to walk, it may have taken years to get where I am, but I am training for my first marathon!!!

I survived #Septic Shock because I was in good physical condition before I got sick.

Moving is key to being healthy.  Everyone has 10 minutes a day :)
