Sepsi Challenge week #2. Start working on your goals! I hate planks so much so I skip them most of the time. Myatt and I are going to start the 30 day plank challenge (link below) . Feel free to join us if you would like. Take this week and work on your goals whatever they are. Remember everyone has 10 minutes!!! Some other ideas for a challenge maybe:
1. Walk/jog/run for 10 minutes
2. Sit ups/push ups
3. Bike
4. Swim
5. Stretch
6. Sit outside free from your phone/ electronics and let your mind rest and listen to nature.
Health and wellness are key to staying healthy and having the ability for your body to recover from an illness.

Below is a worksheet that talks about S.M.A.R.T goals, most who have worked on development plans at work may have seen these before.
I had a big goal to run again, but before I could get there and before my mindset shifted, I had to focus on the smaller improvements I was making. Once I started noticing what I was doing and the progress I was making things really started to fall into place for me.
Running wasn't an option when I was struggling to walk, it may have taken years to get where I am, but I am training for my first marathon!!!
